After growing up in Redcar, Danny Hart turned pro in 2008 at the age of 16, he soon started to be noticed after winning the MAXXIS cup in 2009 and finishing 3rd in the junior world championship in the same year. Danny confirmed his place in the Downhill MTB history books in 2011, with sensational winning run at the UCI World Championship in Champery, where he became world champion, since then Danny has continually remained at the sharp end of the sport. Danny won the British championship in 2015 and again became the UCI downhill world champion for a second time in 2016 in Val di Sole ending his phenomenal 1st season with WD-40 after winning the last 3 races of the World Cup Series and the 1 day World Championship race in Italy.
Danny continues to use WD-40 and has maintained his reputation as one of the world’s fastest and technically skilled racers on the planet.
